Mamma J's Deer Stroganoff 
Ingredients:

1 large Red Barn round steak (a small roast can even be used) cut in small pieces
2 large onions, diced
2 cans Golden Mushroom Soup
2 small cartons of sour cream
Salt to taste
¼ C. butter

Directions:

Sauté onions and steak in hot butter, add 2 cans of Golden Mushroom Soup
Turn on low and let simmer 3-4 hours, check occasionally and add water if needed.
20 minutes before serving add sour cream.

Serve over rice or egg noodles.
